Privacy & cookies
Updated 7 November 2026. This notice explains the website’s marketing tracking and WhatsApp ticket enquiry flow.
Your marketing choice
Marketing tracking is off until you select “Accept marketing”. Rejecting it does not prevent you from viewing events or requesting tickets. You can reopen “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the public pages and withdraw your permission. Your choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days.
Meta Pixel
With your consent, TuniEvents loads the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, to measure public page visits, Mortadha event page views and clicks that open WhatsApp enquiries. This helps us measure advertising and create audiences for future Instagram and Facebook ads. A WhatsApp click is not recorded as a purchase.
Meta receives information such as your IP address, browser/device details, visited URL, time and event type. It can associate this information with your Facebook or Instagram account and process it outside the European Economic Area. Meta’s cookies may include _fbp and _fbc for browser and advertising attribution. These identifiers can remain until their expiry, commonly up to 90 days. Withdrawing consent stops our tracking and clears these first-party cookies where accessible.
We do not include the name or city entered in the ticket form in Pixel event parameters, and do not enable automatic form matching in this integration. Avoid putting personal information into page URLs.
Ticket enquiries on WhatsApp
The form prepares a message containing your name, city and ticket choices. It opens WhatsApp so you can review and send it yourself. TuniEvents uses messages you send to answer your enquiry and arrange tickets. Opening an enquiry does not subscribe you to future marketing messages. Campaign labels from advertising links may be included in the prepared message.
